Through our comprehensive Rooftop Lease Program, Bendygo works with commercial building owners and uses their rooftop space to produce clean, renewable energy.

In return, Bendygo pays rent to the building owner for the use of that rooftop space at a fixed annual lease payment under the terms of a twenty-year lease.

Own the solar system

You use portion of the revenue generated from the solar system to pay financial cost if you own the system. You are risk free. Using this approach, Bendygo develops, permits and constructs your rooftop solar panel project.
